Digital Designer

You will be responsible for creating a wide range of compelling visual content — from stunning graphics and engaging multimedia to intuitive user interfaces — for both our internal brand needs and exciting client projects. • Design a wide array of digital assets, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and website visuals
• Develop engaging multimedia content, such as short promotional videos, animations, and interactive elements
• Craft clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile
• Work closely with our marketing, development, and product teams to deliver cohesive and high quality design solutions that meet both internal and client objectives
• Act as a guardian for our brand identity, ensuring all creative output is consistent and of the highest standard
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion, managing your time e/ectively to meet deadlines
• You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our talented UX and UI Designers, exchanging ideas, learning from one another, and supporting ongoing projects. Together, you’ll contribute to creating engaging, user-centred digital experiences that truly make an impact

Who we are looking for

• An experienced Designer backed by a strong and diverse portfolio
• A master of design tools: you are highly proficient with industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After E/ects) and UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
• A creative thinker with a keen eye: you possess excellent creative flair, a meticulous eye for detail, and a strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
• A multi-skilled professional: your portfolio demonstrates your ability to work across di/erent media, showcasing skills in graphic design, UI design, and ideally, motion graphics or video editing
• A collaborative spirit: you are an excellent communicator who enjoys working as part of a team and is comfortable presenting ideas and incorporating feedback

The experience you need

• Proven professional experience with a compelling and diverse portfolio that showcases your skills across di/erent media. Please, attach a portfolio to the CV or application. Applications without a portfolio won’t be considered.
• You are highly proficient with the core Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and have practical experience with modern UI design tools like Figma
• You possess a deep understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy, and you know how to apply these principles to create practical and aesthetically pleasing designs
• You have practical experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and/or mobile applications, with an understanding of responsive design principles
• Your portfolio includes examples of multimedia content, such as motion graphics (using tools like After E/ects), basic video editing, or animated GIFs
• You are accustomed to working within a team, collaborating with marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring projects to life. You can articulate your design decisions and e/ectively process feedback
• Familiarity with AI graphic tools
