Business Analyst
Project – the aim you’ll have
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to analyze the current and future states of both organizational and IT systems. You will balance expectations with feasibility and business value for change initiatives. Your responsibilities will include discovering, planning, and overseeing the scope implementation for projects. You will drive operational excellence in processes, work on internal projects within a global company environment, and develop offerings for customers. You will have the opportunity to work with subject matter experts, development teams, department heads, and top management. You will own the systems under your care, providing insights and leading the path to their evolution. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development.
Position – how you’ll contribute
- Gather and organize stakeholder expectations, business processes, systems, and tools to introduce system and organizational changes with feasible and beneficial outcomes.
- Build business cases supported by metrics and KPIs.
- Manage and refine system/product backlogs.
- Organize and document system scope and requirements clearly and precisely.
- Validate solution coherence with business requirements.
- Serve as Product Owner for internal systems.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- 2+ years of commercial experience.
- Excellent communication and analysis/synthesis skills, English C1.

- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and critical thinking skills.
- Drive for results, goal orientation, and strategic perspective.
- Experience in business/systems analysis, translating business scenarios, requirements, and use cases into outcome-focused features and user stories.

- Proficiency in product and process optimization tools and techniques.
- Ability to build strong business cases, business acumen.
- Good understanding of user experience and IT systems design.
- Familiarity with agile and software development practices.
- Ability to efficiently showcase the value our offer can bring to customers and convince them go ahead with cooperation
