Position - how you'll contribute
- Creating original design concepts for a variety of brand materials, campaigns, web interfaces and internal assets (print and digital)
- Delivering creative and innovative design solutions that make our brand more attractive and visible for both our clients and potential candidates
- Working within the Marketing & EB Team to deliver designed assets that are specifically crafted for digital and social media channels
- Acting as a mentor to our graphic designers and multimedia expert and providing artistic direction to foster stronger working relationships
- Verifying final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Creating/editing/enhancing presentations that wow
- Ensuring projects are completed to high standards and on schedule
Expectations - the experience you need
- 5+ years’ professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead our Design & Dev team
- The ability to manage and drive challenging projects
- Experience delivering key messaging through exceptional design and visual content
- Knowledge of video and animation tools
- Experience working in the IT sector
- Experience working in a creative team
