HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
The HRBP role and missions include working closely with teams, business leaders and project managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talents and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate for this role should have great communication skills, good interpersonal skills, appetite for international exposure, willingness to connect with strategic thinking, and great organizational skills.

- Recommends ways to improve HR programs, practices, and policies.
- Reports key findings to business and HR leaders.
- Pre-onboards and onboards employees in the cycle, explain and communicate the expected inputs and outcomes
- Identifies risks, impacts and business disruptions related to potential resources departure
- Prepares, develops, and executes Individual Development Plans, together with Delivery Managers for identified resources according to process guidelines.
- Partnering with project’s managers to maintain a positive working environment (clearing misunderstandings, sharing feedbacks on miscommunication, keeping a friendly professional communication)
- Proven working experience as HR Specialist or HR Business Partner, and at least 2 -3 years’ experience in IT HR.
- People oriented and results driven with excellent communication skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
- High level of English (min. B2)
