Intern Software Delivery Manager
Project – the aim you’ll have
As a Intern Delivery Manager, your aim is to support the Delivery Manager in ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with client expectations. You will play a crucial role in both project operations and team delivery support, helping to coordinate processes, monitor progress, and contribute to a positive team and client experience.
Position – how you’ll contribute
- Assist the Delivery Manager in day-to-day team and project coordination, ensuring smooth execution of processes.
- Support administrative and organizational tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, time tracking, purchase orders, billing/invoicing, reporting
- Help monitor and track budgets, resources, and project timelines, raising risks or dependencies early.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of project and team needs
Expectations – the experience you need
- English minimum B2
- Basic understanding of IT project management (Agile, SDLC, project lifecycles).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively across teams.
Additional skills – the edge you have

Experience in a coordinator, PMO, junior project manager, or administrative/project support role would be a plus
