Marketing & Sales Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing sales and post-sales support for our company’s services. 

You’ll join a rapidly growing Digital Growth team that is responsible for activities focused on lead generation. What makes us special? We work closely with development departments and the sales team, run diverse projects, and are eager to test new things – you definitely won’t have a chance to feel bored! 

Position - how you'll contribute
  • Creating  internal and external sales support materials (presentations, white papers, case studies, brochures, podcasts, webinars…) 
  • Creating  external sales support materials (listings in external directories, partner portals, conference directories, etc.) 
  • Helping to organize the company’s participation in events (trade fairs, conferences) 
  • Managing information about marketing and sales processes in internal systems (SharePoint, HubSpot) 
  • Analyzing data and monitoring the effectiveness of sales activities 
  • Supporting partner management processes (Microsoft, Oracle, AWS, etc.) 
  • Conducting competition analysis 
Expectations - the experience you need
  • You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in  Sales, Marketing or Customer Service in an IT-related industry 
  • You have experience in the IT industry,  know the terminology used in it and will be able to write about it   
  • You are interested in  new technologies 
  • You value precise communication, are analytical and are good at conducting research 
  • You have strong interpersonal skills 
  • You have hands-on experience working with CRM and LinkedIn 
  • You have demonstrable experience working with MS Office tools: Power Point, Excel, Word 
  • You know English very well – C1 level required  
  • You are independent, proactive, responsible and willing to take the initiative  
  • You like to face challenges 
Additional skills - the edge you have
  • Experience in the IT Outsourcing market 
  • Hands-on experience working with Hubspot 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools (Tableau or similar)
