Senior Advertising Data Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Advertising Data Specialist who is eager to take on new challenges and think outside the box. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programmatic platforms and data analytics, with additional experience in broadcast and ad serving systems being a plus
*Hybrid working model
- analysis of data on the effectiveness of advertising formats (display, video, native, programmatic),
- analysis of the effectiveness of advertising placement strategy,
- support in planning, implementation, analysis and communication of A/B test results in the advertising area,
- cooperation with the advertising product team, UX/UI and editorial team in work on the roadmap and the advertising layout development strategy,
- identification of user behaviors and their reactions to ads,
- translation of business needs into analytical and reporting requirements,
- preparation of ad hoc analyses for team needs,
- preparation of reporting, dashboards and presentations
- knowledge of programmatic platforms (SSP) in the Polish market,
- proficiency in analytical tools (Google Analytics, Gemius Prism),
- ability to interpret data and draw business conclusions
