Senior Full-stack (Java+React+AWS)

The project is for a client in the real estate industry sector. We are looking for an experienced developer in Java and React with migration experience and knowledge of AWS cloud environment.

• continuously design, develop and test web services;
• work with cloud environment (AWS);
• help drive the optimization, testing and tooling to improve software quality.
• min. B2+ level of Polish and English language 

• min. 4 years of experience as a software engineer
• experience with: Java 8, Spring Framework associated with Boot 2.2,
• experience with Java 17+, Spring Framework associated with Boot 3.x, React, Node.js 18
• basic understanding of Angular 1 and Node.js 10 which allows to rewrite applications to newer stack
• commercial experience with AWS

• Hands-on experience in migrating software from older to newest versions.
• Able to handle the complexities and challenges that arise during migration processes

• Resilience with Outdated Technologies:

  • Comfortable working with old and sub-optimal systems​​​​​​​
  • ​​​​​​​Ability to evaluate and balance the trade-offs between a gradual migration of the old system and a radical re-write, ensuring the right approach is chosen based on technical and business need
• ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Collaboration & Pair Programming:
  • Strong preference for pair programming
  • Experience working in collaborative environments and enjoys solving problems together​​​​​​​
• Communication Skills:
  • Clear and precise in both oral and written communication
  • Able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively, considering the diverse linguistic backgrounds of the team members
