Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (6-8 month contract)
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support our client.This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidently configure Lightning, orchestrate Flows and fine-tune org settings without hand-holding.
- Liaise with stakeholders to translate needs into well-defined user stories and precise technical documentation.
- Deliver top-tier support and craft documentation that educates and engage.
- Explore Salesforce AI features and weave predictive insights into everyday operations.
- Navigate Gearset CI/CD, Jira, Zoom, the Distribution Engine—and beyond.
- Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: take an active role in team reviews, advocate for industry standards and strong internal protocols, and nurture a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Experience: 5+ years user-facing Salesforce work.
- Hands-on admin skills (Lightning, Flows, org setup).
- Equally fluent in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin and Business Analyst.
- Fluent Polish and English are required for this role.
