Webcon Implementation Specialist
Project - the aim you'll have
You will join our Business Process Automation Team, which is responsible for implementing Webcon and ServiceNow solutions for a diverse range of clients across Poland and Western Europe. Our focus is on delivering automation projects that drive digital transformation for international organizations. In this role, you will design and deploy systems that enhance operational efficiency for our partners throughout the European market.
Position - how you'll contribute
- Development, modification, and implementation of processes on the WEBCON BPS platform
- Working with databases, optimizing, and creating SQL queries
- Analyzing business requirements and effectively communicating with users to design and adapt IT solutions
- Providing support to business system users and collaborating with software vendors
- Participating in the planning and execution of IT development projects
- Creating and managing solutions that support the automation of business processes
Expectations - the experience you need
- Proven experience with WEBCON BPS, Microsoft Power Platform or ServiceNow
- Good knowledge of Office 365 tools, with MS Excel skills
- Strong understanding of IT system design, development, testing, and implementation cycles
- English fluency at a minimum B2 or C1 level
- Team player with a result oriented and problem solving mindset
- Solid knowledge of databases
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
- Basic understanding of ERP systems
- Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and process modeling standards
Additional skills - the edge you have
- Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP experience
- Experience in complex systems integration and API management
- Certificates related to ServiceNow
