Senior Front-end Software Engineer (React)

• As a Senior, you’ll be cooperatint with technical leader, mentoring less experienced engineers , and collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to create exceptional user experiences
• Work in clinical research industry on the internal product used to accelerate clinical trials conducted by our client across the world.
• Provide technical expertise to a team of several engineers to develop new and maintain existing features.
• Focus on application architecture to ensure we produce high quality software.
  • Create and develop web applications and ship user-facing features with JavaScript and modern, component-based JS frameworks from the React ecosystem.
  • Cooperate with Quality Engineers to ensure reasonable level of automated end-2-end tests coverage.
  • Cooperate with backend engineers and software architects to ensure the alignment of proposed solutions on a system-level.
  • Push towards software quality by covering written code with unit and integration tests where applicable.
  • Promote culture of using reusable code, quality standards, and libraries for future use, promoting efficiency and consistency.
  • Take care of application security, from design to implementation
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate product vision into reality. This includes planning, implementing, and launching core features that elevate our user experience

• min. 5 years of overall experience in software engineering.
• min. 5 years of experience in React.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
• Fluency and extensive expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript and variety of well-known libraries.
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining React applications at enterprise scale.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to partner effectively with teams in a fully remote environment and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.
• You are self-directed, innovative, and biased towards action in fast-paced environments. You love to build new things and thrive in ambiguity and even failure.
• Solid knowledge of testing principles to grow tight development feedback loop.
• Speak English proficiently
• Ability to work in client’s office in Warsaw at least 2/3 days per week
