Application Support Engineer L3 (Telco)

We are looking for highly – skilled engineers to join our team and help us implement, deliver and maintain smooth operation of applications for our clients.
Position – how you’ll contribute
- Analysis and resolution of incidents escalated from L2 Support (3rd line support)
- Diagnosing application issues using logs, monitoring tools, and debugging techniques
- Reproducing defects and identifying root causes (application, database, integrations, configuration, user behavior)
- Implementing changes in subordinate systems
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Application Support / L2 Support role or similar, in high-availability production environments
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes: deploying applications, updates and troubleshooting
- Experience in Linux environment administration (Rocky / RedHat / Debian)
- Good knowledge of a TCP / IP protocol stack
- Knowledge of Gitlab CI/CD
- Knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g. bash, perl, python)
- Knowledge of SQL and experience in SQL database administration (MySQL, PostreSql)
- English and Polish language at a level that allows for easy communication and creating documentation
- Availability to work in shift mode / on-call / 24×7
- Experience with configuration management and automation tools (Ansible or Terraform)
- Knowledge of VoIP protocols and LTE / 5G / IMS network architectures
