ServiceNow Project & Delivery Manager
You will lead the delivery of a ServiceNow transformation for a Western European client, focused on implementing a new ITSM and CSM platform. At the same time, you will contribute to building and scaling the ServiceNow and BPM offering within Software Mind. You’ll work with an experienced Polish engineering team on a strategic, high-visibility initiative with direct client impact.
You will act as a Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of the ServiceNow platform, working closely with a Polish delivery team and stakeholders on the client side in the Netherlands. In parallel, you will collaborate with the Lead Architect and Delivery Director to shape and grow the ServiceNow practice, including offering development and oversight of BPM initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project delivery
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing ServiceNow projects
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and business-oriented mindset
- Excellent English (written and spoken), working with international clients
- Experience with ServiceNow CSM
- Experience in BPM / workflow platforms (e.g. Webcon or similar)
- Experience in building or scaling service offerings
- Background in enterprise environments or managed services
