Cloud DevOps Engineer (Azure)
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and a solid focus on incident response, automation, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will contribute to operational excellence by helping to enhance our cloud support maturity, drive standardization, and implement best practices across our environments.
- Manage and develop advanced cloud architecture on Microsoft Azure using Terraform
- Optimize and maintain networking components in Enterprise-level environments
- Work within a GitOps model using Kubernetes and ArgoCD
- Collaborate on resolving infrastructure incidents and problems
- Develop automation standards and processes within the Trusted Cloud ecosystem
- Terraform (Advanced): Proficiency in working with highly complex and extensive code structures. You must be able to navigate advanced modules and configurations effectively to manage large-scale environments
- Microsoft Azure (Networking Focus): Deep knowledge of the Azure ecosystem, specifically Networking, AKS, DNS, VM, Storage, Application Gateway, and Policy, along with proficiency in ARM templates and CLI
- Containerization & GitOps: Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, as well as ArgoCD (these technologies appear sporadically but are essential to the project)
- Scripting & Systems: Strong knowledge of Linux and experience with Bash and PowerShell scripting
- Python: Knowledge level sufficient to read, understand, and analyze code logic and processes
- Git: Practical version control skills, including a solid grasp of fundamental commands (e.g., git clone)
- ServiceNow: Experience using the platform within Problem and Incident Management processes
- Palo Alto Firewall: Basic knowledge or general familiarity (this is not a must-have, but will be a significant advantage during onboarding)
- Azure DevOps: Experience working with this platform for CI/CD and lifecycle management
