Cloud Engineer (Azure)
Join our dynamic Cloud Engineering team to design, build, and automate mission- critical infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. You will be a key contributor to client projects, focusing on deploying cloud- native solutions, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, and orchestrating services using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Work in a project-oriented environment, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and fully automated.
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure using Terraform for IaC principles.
- Deploy, configure, and manage container orchestration platforms, primarily Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker.
- Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) to automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment.
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to translate project requirements into deployable, cloud-native solutions.
- Implement security, governance, and cost optimization controls across the Azure environment (e.g., Azure Policy, RBAC).
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
- Participate in new service review to ensure operational readiness and adhere to engineering standards.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure role, with a strong focus on project delivery in Microsoft Azure.
- Proven proficiency with Terraform for provisioning and managing Azure resources.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and operational support for workloads on AKS.
- Knowledge of the Landing Zone concept—its purpose, design areas, and components
- Solid understanding of core Azure services (Networking, Storage, Compute, Monitoring) and cloud architecture.
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation.
- Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD concepts.
- Excellent English communication skills; comfortable collaborating with international stakeholders.
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate, AZ- 400: Azure DevOps Engineer).
- Experience applying SRE principles (SLOs, error budgets) to cloud solutions.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or Grafana.
