- Supporting internal stakeholders in executing various EB initiatives and ensuring high-quality internal communications.
- Coordinating internal and external events (meetups, conferences, knowledge-sharing sessions, webinars, job fairs, open days, and recruitment initiatives).
- Facilitating the growth of our Development Guilds and ensuring their achievements are communicated across the organization.
- Developing and executing a compelling social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Creating inspiring EB materials, including photos, videos, and graphics.
- Understanding our target audience and implementing effective communication strategies.
- Researching and staying on top of EB trends and innovations.
- Handling administrative tasks related to managing equipment and resources.

- At least 3 years of experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, or a similar field, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them on time.
- Strong command of both English and Polish (C1 level), both written and spoken.
- Hands-on experience in social media management, with examples of previous campaigns.
- Experience working with external vendors/partners, such as agencies, branding material suppliers, or institutions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset: Ability to measure the impact of Employer Branding initiatives using KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently, but also as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team.
- Based in Kraków and able to work in our office at least 3 times a week.
- Category B driving license.
- Experience with video production and content creation (basic editing skills are a plus).
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) to support visual content creation.
- Strong interest in new technologies and an understanding of the tech industry landscape.
- Previous involvement in large-scale recruitment events or campaigns.
- Ability to analyze trends and data to propose improvements in EB strategies.
