HR & Payroll Specialist
Due to the rapid development of the company, we are looking for HR & Payroll Specialist.
As a HR and Payroll specialist, you’ll deliver the highest quality of service in HR and payroll operations – maintanance of required documentation in accordance with the labour law as well as preparation data for payroll and verification of the accuracy of calculations . You will also support other HR Administration and Payroll projects and activities.
- Preparing and filing required documentation (e.g., contracts, annexes, salary/work certificates)
- Handling and storing personal files and employee documentation in compliance with applicable regulations
- Entering accurate source information into payroll/HR software
- Calculating payroll (for full-time employees, contractors, and the management board)
- Preparing internal and statistical reports
- Registering and removing employees from ZUS, PPK
- Preparing ZUS/PIT/PFRON declarations
- Preparing bank transfers
- Ensuring the validity of the BHP training, medical referrals, legality of employment
- Maintaining vacation balances
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Understanding of the Polish Social Security system, social insurance, labor and tax laws
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR & Payroll
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of English is an asset
- Knowledge of Enova software is an asset
