Junior Cloud Support Engineer
We are looking for a Junior Cloud Support Engineer with a strong interest in Azure cloud technologies, incident response, and automation. Key Responsibilities
- Incident Handling: Incident management, including triage, impact assessment, and coordination with engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Root Cause Analysis: Support the preparation of RCA reports after service restoration.
- Process & Automation: Help design and improve processes, reporting, and automation for repetitive tasks.
- Documentation: Maintain and update operational runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Cloud Resource Support: Assist with provisioning and configuring Azure resources across multiple environments.
- Monitoring: Help implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure system reliability.
- Operational Tasks: Participate in deployments, patching, and disaster recovery activities under guidance.
- 1+ year of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or cloud-related roles.
- Cloud Knowledge: Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services and concepts.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
- Basic networking knowledge and interest in cloud-native services.
- Soft Skills: Strong willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and good communication skills.
