Marketing Coordinator
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and support our diverse marketing efforts. - Supporting the development and execution of the company’s marketing plan in various areas
- Developing and coordinating marketing activities that support sales efforts across different channels
- Overseeing the events calendar and managing our events presence
- Taking over the ongoing organization of Software Mind’s onsite and online conference that takes place later this year
- Coordinating marketing aspects of events, including creating marketing materials, placing orders for branded goodies, working with the marketing team to promote events through digital channels
- Managing event logistics (e.g., coordinating shipments) and providing support to the company’s representatives at events (e.g., solving logistic issues, providing information, contacting event organizers)
- Participating in the development and execution of brand-related marketing campaigns and other activities
- Participating in the rebranding process of acquired companies
- Collaborating with the creative team (designers, content writers) and stakeholders to craft compelling marketing materials
- Conducting market research and monitoring market trends to implement data-driven marketing activities
- Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts – what worked, what didn’t and why?
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a relevant field of study
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in the tech industry
- Experience in creating and implementing marketing activities and preparing marketing materials
- Experience in coordinating events, particularly in the areas described above
- Strong organizational skills, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Availability to come to our Krakow office at least once a month, as well as whenever event-related activities require your presence
