You’ll join a rapidly growing People team that is responsible for engagement and employees’ development. You will be responsible for welcoming newly hired employees and executing the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey.

Position - how you'll contribute
Contact new employees from the moment of accepting the offer – collecting information about equipment, answers to questions about contracts
Coordinating the onboarding schedule
Conducting an introductory meeting for new employees and participating in other onboarding meetings
Responsibility for welcome pack composition and shipment coordination
Collecting feedback from new employees and other people involved in the onboarding process
Introducing improvements in the onboarding process

Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Working pro-actively; flexible, creative
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in Polish and English – required
Similar role in the HR or Administration department in IT company – will be a plus
