As a Scrum Master, your key role is to foster Agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, promote self-organization, and support the Product Owner. You’ll drive continuous improvement, encourage innovation, and serve as the go-to for Agile inquiries. Your pivotal role ensures a focus on Agile principles and enhances team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Position – how you’ll contribute
- Agile Artifacts: Facilitate Planning, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure Scrum tools are maintained.
- Definition of Done and Ready: Help the team and product owner establish suitable Definitions of Done and Ready.
- Group Dynamics: Coach the team, mediate conflicts, and promote self-organization. Resolve conflicts of goals between teams and management.
- Company Events: Organize project/program events such as retrospectives, refinements, and discoveries. Coach junior Agile Coordinators for growth.
- KPIs and OKRs: Assist teams in creating KPIs and OKRs, monitor progress.
- Mirror to the Team: Reflect Modern Agile and Scrum values, facilitate continuous process improvement.
- Supporting the Product Owner: Collaborate on user stories, product visions, backlog prioritization, and release planning. Coach on Impact Mapping and Story Mapping.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Agile practices, attend conferences, and exchange knowledge.
- Consulting and Coaching: Offer guidance on Agile practices and Agile Engineering Practices.
- Feedback and Innovation: Provide feedback, encourage Agile Management Innovations, and introduce Agile practices.
- Knowledge Sharing: Participate in organizational events and share insights blogging, internal conferences, and other channels.
- Maintain the Big Picture: Facilitate stakeholder communication, report to management, and promote the Agile community.
- Contact Person: Serve as the point of contact for Agile-related inquiries within the team and company.
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in agile roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, Agile Coach) and a demonstrated understanding of various agile methodologies.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Showcase exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in agile process management techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Outstanding organizational abilities, including effective project management.
- Fluent in English for seamless communication in a diverse environment with English-speaking team members (Product Owners based in the UK and Development Team in Poland).
