- Strategically lead EB initiatives that enhance our brand, aligning with business goals and improving talent attraction and retention.
- Coordinate a range of events (meetups, conferences, webinars, talent acquisition drives), including budget management, vendor relations, and logistical oversight.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that amplifies our brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster team growth.
- Partner closely with Development Guilds, helping communicate their successes throughout the organization.
- Design and produce high-quality EB materials, including videos, graphics, and promotional content.
- Research and analyze industry trends, using insights to continually improve our EB approach.
- Support operational needs, from logistics to resource allocation, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, or Communications, preferably within a tech company.
- Strong strategic thinking and demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
- Advanced social media management skills with successful campaigns
- Experience in budgeting, planning, and event logistics, including on-site coordination and vendor management.
- In-depth knowledge of internal and external communications strategies, with proven experience crafting effective messaging for diverse audiences, enhancing engagement, and building a cohesive brand voice.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Polish (C1 level).
- Creative and analytical mindset, capable of driving data-informed decisions and measuring success through KPIs.
- Based in Kraków, with the flexibility to travel as needed and work on-site at least three times a week.
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel, including managing event setup, packing materials, and coordinating on-site needs.
- Expertise in video production and design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma).
- Prior experience with internal communication platforms (Slack, MS Teams, intranets) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Background in mentorship or team leadership, guiding junior colleagues or interns in EB or related fields.
- Interest in emerging tech trends, with an understanding of the evolving tech industry landscape.
