Service Manager
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll work closely with our clients to build and implement cloud computing and AI solutions. On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for understanding customer needs, proposing the best solutions, and implementing them. You’ll manage a team to deliver quality fixed projects as well as iterative value to end users, in our business unit focused on cloud computing and AI implementations.
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with key clients
- Monitoring fixed project scope and ensuring effective client communication
- Managing monthly settlements with clients and team members
- Overseeing project resource allocation and utilization
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Working effectively across multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional context switching abilities
- Formal handling of contracts and clauses that are the basis for cooperation with clients
- Ensuring adherence to SLA agreements, monitoring service quality, and implementing ITIL-based best practices in Managed Services contexts
- More than 2-3 years of experience in a similar managerial position
- Commercial experience in managing, influencing, and measuring team performance in a global multinational environment
- Experience in leading agile teams delivering fixed projects while ensuring quality and addressing issues
- Experience in monitoring and ensuring the margin and profitability of projects
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously and excel in context switching
- Fluent English and Polish both written and spoken
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Practical knowledge of ITIL processes, SLA management, and operational excellence in Managed Services
