ServiceNow Solution Architect
You will join an international project focused on building a new ServiceNow platform from scratch and redefining IT service management processes across the organization.
This is not a standard configuration role. You will shape the target architecture, design processes end-to-end, and ensure alignment between business needs and the ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Design the target ServiceNow architecture with a strong focus on ITSM
- Lead the definition and redesign of IT processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, etc.)
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Ensure alignment with best practices and ServiceNow standards
- Support implementation teams during delivery and validate solution quality
- Contribute to governance, roadmap, and long-term platform evolution
- Strong experience as Solution Architect or Senior Consultant in ServiceNow
- Deep knowledge of ITSM processes and frameworks (ITIL)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM module
- Experience in designing or implementing ServiceNow platforms end-to-end
- Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into architecture
- Very good English (client-facing role)
- Experience working with international clients
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITBM, SecOps)
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM or higher)
- Experience in large-scale transformations or platform rebuilds
