Software Delivery Manager
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll partner with our clients to drive the successful delivery of private cloud and infrastructure projects and services. Leveraging your background in project and service management, you’ll translate business needs into actionable initiatives, oversee their execution, and ensure measurable value for end users. You will manage complex infrastructure transformations, coordinate operational services, and secure long-term client satisfaction in our business unit focused on private cloud and infrastructure implementations.
- Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients
- Driving the delivery of private cloud and infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, quality, and profitability
- Managing service governance: scope, milestones, SLA adherence, and reporting
- Overseeing resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning across infrastructure projects and managed services
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for delivery teams
- Supporting service operations and ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices
- Formal handling of contracts, annexes, and settlements that shape the client partnership
- Coordinating cross-functional teams in both project delivery and infrastructure operations
- 5+ years of experience in delivery or project management roles (PM/Delivery Manager)
- Proven track record in leading complex IT projects, ideally in private cloud, infrastructure, or managed services environments
- Strong background in ensuring project and service profitability, with experience monitoring margins and KPIs
- Experience in service delivery and operations, including SLA monitoring and issue resolution
- Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken
- Experience working in multinational/global environments
- Hands-on experience with on prem infrastructure.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
- Practical expertise in ITIL processes and operational excellence in Managed Services
- Ability to balance project and service delivery while managing multiple priorities
